The quality is excellent! The only thing I wish is that there was a stitched in background. The background will not be white unless the fabric that you are using is white. Although, it still deserves a five star! The customer service was great! Thanks again.

Item matched the description. Easy stitch out! Nice design! Not sure how I will use it but I liked the design and felt I needed to purchase now just in case it became unavailable. I have purchased a few items from this seller based on the quality and character of the design. I tend to test stitch items I purchase prior to adding to my projects. Had a glitch opening the 2 larger size files and asked seller for assistance. She courteously worked it out for me and I love how this design stitched out. (It is common for my machine to have difficulty opening larger size embroideries. Something quirky about my Janome.)

Great design but even better customer service. I was having trouble with it and she sent me a replacement that was connected! Absolutely awesome!
