Embroidery designs are digital products, so they cannot be returned or refunded. when you click the “Complete Order” button, transactions are final after that changes to orders cannot be made.
in case, If you ordered the wrong size of an item, then we may be able to exchange it for a smaller size.
if you ordered a duplicate item, then a refund may be available within a week of purchase.
If you ordered the wrong variation of a design then we can make an exchange for you within a year of purchase. Send the request to our customer service team; the email address is premioembroidery@gmail.com.
