Embroidery designs are digital products, so they cannot be returned or refunded. when you click the “Complete Order” button, transactions are final after that changes to orders cannot be made.

in case, If you ordered the wrong size of an item, then we may be able to exchange it for a smaller size and if you ordered a duplicate item, then a refund may be available within a week of purchase.
